Business Project of the Year 2025

On 6 November 2025, the award ceremony of the prestigious Business Project of the Year 2025 (Podnikatelský projekt roku 2025) competition took place in the representative premises of Pragovka in Prague. GIFF a.s. received a significant award there for the successful automation and innovation in the processing of chemical analyses of the melt.

As part of this award-winning project, the system automatically transfers all measurement results directly to the company’s internal network. The software then generates a precise list of the raw materials and alloying additions required for immediate charging into the melting furnaces, allowing us to reliably guarantee the required quality of the molten iron. In addition, we mark all processed samples with a unique QR code, which enables them to be traced immediately and the complete measurement history to be tracked over the long term.
